On May 9, 2026 Sir Maverick of Mariposa and Kimberlyn of Mariposa gave birth to 8 health vizsla puppies in Fischer, Texas. We bought Maverick and Kimberlyn from 2 separate breeders 1 year and 9 months ago with the intent to replace vizslas that had been in our family and passed away, plus to have one litter to share the joy of owning a vizsla with or friends and family. we currently have 2 females and 1 male that we have not placed yet in their forever home.

Sir Maverick of Mariposa was born September 28, 2024. This litter is his first as a dad and he has been remarkably loving and gentle with his puppies, but doesn't hesitate to reprimand when the occasion merits.
Mother
Kimberlyn of Mariposa has a personality as big as Texas. She is so athletic that as a puppy she would fly through the air and jump onto the sofa or bed and we would call her flying squirrel. She has been a loving and caring mother to her first and only litter.
