NEUTERED…AKC REG DOB 5/22/25-Such a handsome Blenheim MALE(Augie) His story: he was originally adopted by a young man who was so excited with his 12 week old puppy. This young man accepted a job out of state and he could not not take his new best friend so he turned over his Cavy pup to a friend to take care of him. Well, this young man was not aware that the puppy was put in an outdoor kennel, exposed to all weather conditions…some could have been life threatening! He was in a kennel with much larger dogs that I am told bullied him everyday which made him fearful and he had/has trust issues with people too. His owner was gone for several months and when he came back and discovered the situation that his puppy had been living in he was horrified and he called me and asked me if I would please take him back because he couldn’t trust the situation he had trusted any longer… Of course I took him back and I’ve been working with him. He loves to sit on the sofa with me lay his head across my lap but sometimes he still hesitates to come to me when I call him. He just needs lots of lap time and I think he would thrive in a single fur baby household where he can receive all of the attention and affections of someone who has lots of time and patience for him to help him trust…I have no doubt that, in the right environment and with unconditional love, he will be the love of your life. His mother weighs approx 15 pounds, his father weighs approximately 17 pounds. Father’s parents are International Show Champions! He will leave my home crate trained, he understands ‘go potty’, enjoy a quality dry puppy food, all puppy shots, all wormings, rabies shot, Vet checked, micro, chipped and HEALTH GUARANTEE! His litter was sent to an American breeder when the war began between Ukraine and Russia. A couple of his sisters are currently competing in the show ring.
