Posted Breed: Akita / German Shepherd Dog / Mixed (medium coat). Meet Roscoe Jenkins or that is what Dallas Animal Shelter named him. He originally came to the shelter as a stray and spent a short time with a foster until he did not do so well with the Foster's cats - so NO CATS for him.
