Litter of 9 pups! Red colored English Golden Retriever mom (her parents tested for genetic disorders, granddad AKC, bred for family dogs), New Zealand Heading Dog dad (his mother was a registered border collie). All pups are black with some white. 9 total in litter, but only one female and one male left. Ready for homes now. Dewormed, UTD on 8 week shots, vet checked. Pups have been handled by young kids and adults, well socialized and ready for their forever home. Mother is a very special well natured calm golden retriever, father is a black and white New Zealand Heading dog. New Zealand heading dogs are popular working dogs in New Zealand and are descendants of the Scottish Border Collie. FYI, New Zealand Heading dog breed not found on the puppy finder search engine as a selection, hence the Border Collie selection as that was the closest breed to the dad, and his mother was a registered Border Collie in Canada. These pups are very special and have great personalities. These two were definitely favorites of ours.
