This dog's adoption fee is $500. If you are still interested, please read more below. Meet Rocky! He is a handsome high energy Border Collie mix. Rocky is a sweet and very playful dog. He loves going on walks and runs with his foster family, playing with toys, and snuggling on the couch. Rocky would do best in a house with a fenced in yard so he has space to run and play, or with a family who can take him on frequent walks. He is good with kids but may do best in a home with slightly older kids (grade school age) due to his size and energy level. Rocky shows interest in the foster family’s cat but seems to know not to bother the cat. Although he is high energy he also loves to lay on the couch or in the grass chewing on a stick. He doesn’t jump on people and rarely barks. He will make a great family dog! Rocky is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, housebroken, and neutered. This dog's family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing.
