Although we are a new breeder ourselves, we personally have previous experience with many litters. We are different because we believe pampered healthy puppies don't need to be AKC registered and buyers shouldn't have to deal with bad breeders. Our female had pre-pregnancy and pregnancy check ups with the vet. Our pups come into the world with sterile pads and wraps and are only handled with sterile gloved hands. Their cords are clamped and cleaned with iodine. Mom is dewormed two weeks before birth. The pups are dewormed at 2 and 4 weeks per our vet. Mom and pups get puppy vitamins, high end puppy mush, and we help mom by supplementing with easily digestible formula. Puppies and mom are seen by a vet and will have their first round of shots at 6 weeks. Since we do supplement feeding all pups are used to being picked up and have gained trust of humans from a young age. Their whelping carrier is 100% transportable, so regardless of where we are, the pups are near our family. The carrier and pads are changed twice a day. We have a lab and a dachshund, so pups are socialized around a bigger dog and a loud dog. We also have kids, so our pups are used to excitement. Oh and long naps in our lap while they nurse from Mom. Which means they will love spending hours snuggled in your lap.
