Posted Breed: Chihuahua / Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: $175. Ella Mae has arrived from Mexico! She is so sweet & gentle natured. She's calm but loves to explore. This sweet girl has had a tough life but is looking forward to a new beginning! She is looking forward to a slow retirement home filled with love! ​Ella is such a joy in her foster home and quickly became a favorite at the rescue! Not only her unique look but also her cute personality. Age: 12 Breed: Chi Mix Weight: 12 lbs Kid-friendly: Great with kiddos but she is shy so we recommend older kiddos. Dogs: She's pretty bossy so she would need a very tolerant dog. She likes to bark orders! Cats: Yes but again, bossy ;) Crate trained: Yes! Potty trained: Yes! Health concerns: None Adoption fee: $175 As a rescue, we provide the care, procedures and testing that is available to us. Adopters will be responsible for continued preventatives, follow-up appointments, and medications (if applicable). At times, adopters will be responsible for procedures not completed in rescue (dentals, bloodwork, etc.) Your new dog will receive their rabies and distemper vaccine. $50 discount for seniors (65+) and veterans. Adoption fees help pay for the dog's veterinary exam, vaccinations (rabies and distemper) HW test, a microchip, and spay/neuter if needed and additional health needs specific to each animal. Grey Face Rescue does not adopt outside of Minnesota for now. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not adopt animals to families whose current pets are not up-to-date on vaccinations or not altered. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons as stated by a veterinarian and we will require proof of that recommendation. Thank you for understanding our mission to reduce overpopulation.
