Posted Breed: Doberman Pinscher (short coat). Adoption Fee: $350. This handsome boy is ready for his closeup with a new home! Mr. Cooper is as sweet as they come and as handsome as can be. He is a large mellow boy. He was adopted a couple years ago and with personal family issues in his home he was returned to DRM. Cooper does well with other dogs and was known previously to be ok with savvy cats but since back in our care we haven't had that opportunity to see if that is still the case. He is crate trained, house broke and walks well with a training collar. Cooper needs a confident, breed experienced, calm owner. He walks so well and is so relaxed when he is walking that he is not even concerned or focusing on all the other triggers, sounds, stimuli going on around him. Cooper does have some light and reflection obsessions/OCD. He seems to be better on days that are cloudy/overcast than on days that are sunny and bright. His fosters are getting him lots of stimulation and exercising and are mentally and physically tiring him out and he is doing amazing and he is just preoccupied with this that he is not focusing on the shadows and reflections much. He is loving, smart, playful and just wants to be cuddled and spend his days with his humans. This fabulous foster is a Doberman Rescue Minnesota foster dog. Our foster families are generally located within a 250 mile radius of Minneapolis, MN. All DRM dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, health checked, microchipped, 4DX tested, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
