The parents of this litter are of European heritage. Sire’s heritage is Yugoslavian, Dam’s is Serbian. Sire is 4.5 years old and has a very even temperament and is personal protection trained. Dam is 2.5 years old and equally even tempered and very intelligent. The liter was born on 10/18/2020 and the puppies will be available for adoption/sale around the third week in December (just in time for Christmas). There are four brown (three females, one male) and seven blacks (two females, five males). The puppies will be raised in the home and well socialized (cats included), and should excel in the field, in performance events and as great companions. The parents of this litter do not suffer skin & coat allergies or any health issues. Dam and Sire are AKC registered and the puppies will be AKC eligible. Both have had genetic testing for DCM1, DCM2, and Von Willebrand Disease. We likely will test the pups as well before sending them to their forever homes. Make sure to do research on this breed, and how it might fit your lifestyle. Whether you get a puppy from us or elsewhere, we highly recommend that you find a responsible breeder paying particular attention to the testing for heritable genetic diseases rather than those just making a profit from the pups.
