Labradoodle Puppy For Sale in CANON, GA, USA
Grant is a super sweet, loving light apricot/cream boy. He has a fleece coat and is considered nonshedding. He is up to date on shots and has been regularly dewormed. Mom is a 60 lb white F1 labradoodle and dad is a red standard poodle. I'm expecting this litter to be 55-65 lbs. Parents are both geneticall tested and clear or cleared through parentage. Dad has been OFA tested. My nine year old considers mom one of her dogs; we bred and raised mom so any puppy from her line is more special and the whole litter gets more attention -particularly the girls as there is some gender bias here with 6 and 9 year old girls. :) They were born inside and spent the first five weeks hearing the household sounds. We introduced them to the doggie door at 5 weeks and they started using it immediately. They are doing great with it. Each puppy comes with a one year, several days of food, litter scent blanket, health record and info on how to get a month of free health insurance. We welcome visits to come meet the puppies to make sure you've got the perfect match. We are happy to do facetime as well. Overview:
The Labradoodle is a mix between the Labrador Retriever and the Poodle. Both breeds are excellent for children and families. The Labradoodle became known in 1988, when Australian breeder Wally Conron crossed the Labrador Retriever and Standard Poodle at the Royal Guide Dogs Associations of Australia in Victoria. Conron's aim was to combine the low-shedding coat of the Poodle with the gentleness and trainability of the Labrador, and to provide a guide dog suitable for people with allergies to fur and dander. Sultan, a dog from this litter, displayed all the qualities Conron was seeking and worked as a guide dog for a woman in Hawaii for ten years. Although Guide Dogs Victoria no longer breed Labradoodles, they are bred by other guide and assistance dog organizations in Australia and other places. The Association for the Blind of Western Australia has introduced Labradoodles into their training program, and their first, Jonnie, graduated in November 2010. Labradoodles are now widely used around the world as guide, assistance, and therapy dogs as well as being popular family dogs. The Norwegian Royal Crown Prince and Princess own a Labradoodle.
