Meet Fuji As of 12.20.23 Fuji is the last remainder of the apple litter and we would LOVE ❤️ for him to find a home before the end of the year. This handsome goofy teenager is approx 27 pounds and approx 8mo old. Probably will grow up to be in the 30-40 pound range. He is crate and potty trained. Almost house trained as he is not really a ‘destroy toys' kinda pup more of a ‘let me move things around’ FANTASTIC with dogs and humans. Safe with cats but he is not every cats “cup of tea” a little toooo ‘teenagy’ for them Fuji is a sweet/innocent cuddle bug and excellent outdoors/excercise bud. If you want a companion to explore the world with who isn’t a small breed but also not a large breed, he is the perfect size to carry if needed to (he loves being cradled ha!) As of 12.09 Fuji is being fostered by a working couple who average 6hrs a day away from home. He is doing well patiently waiting in the crate but they also make sure he is properly excercised daily at their local apartment complex dog park or daily walks, runs or weekend hikes. He is thriving and doing so well with his foster parents. Fuji is potty and crate trained, doing great in house training and although currently he is the only pet In the home he gets to socialize with doggy friends on his walks and daily or weekend outtings and play Dates with friends. We are looking for an adopter who can provide a fun, loving, stable and safe home for this sweet teen. note: we know his sisters adopters had DNA test on them which both came down with differnt results but both had same larger and smaller breeds in the results from pitbull, to lab, to golden, spaniel and even pug! Summary.... Fuji is the perfect medium bree bundle of love ! Sweet Fuji has enamel hypoplasia which means his teeth have a yellowish discoloration. We believe he may have been subjected to some sort of virus at some point during his young puppy stages that caused him to have that yellowish enamal while important status of enamel development between 1-3mo of age since has had it since he was rescued when he was under 4mo of age with no change. It doesn't affect him or has shown any concerns whatsoever he Just doesn't have perly whites....but he doesn't care nor do we!
