Posted Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mastiff / Mixed (short coat). Terrific Tripod! I'm Coal and I'm a survivor! I was picked up after being hit by a car and my future looked grim. I couldn't use either of my legs on my Right side. Luckily, the rescue saw my determination and they were willing to help me. It was an uphill battle but I pulled through! I am super sweet and goofy. I always have a smile on my face. Even when I had a compound fracture and was obviously in extreme pain, I gave tail wags and kisses to everyone I met. I think I am a lap dog, but my foster mom says I am a little too big for that. I also went through HW treatment and am happy to say that I am HW negative!! Watch out world, I'm single and ready to mingle! Coal is available for adoption through SOCA-FBC and his adoption fee is $200 locally Or $550 in the PNW. Apply to adopt Coal at .soca-fbc/adoptables

Overview:
The Mastador is a cross between a purebred Mastiff and a purebred Labrador Retriever. They are called hybrid dogs due to their origination from two different pure breeds. The Mastador is a large dog that can stand from 28 to 36 inches and weigh anywhere between 100 to 200 pounds or more. These dogs are alert, cheerful, loyal and social. They are very strong dogs that have brown, expressive eyes and strong muscular legs. These dogs are suitable for families with older children as they get excited and may knock over small children by accident. These dogs are social and get along well with other dogs and pets. They are loyal and protective of their family and make very good companion dogs. They can fit into apartment life is sufficient exercise and running opportunities are provided although they would ideally need a house with a fenced yard.
