Mutt Puppy For Sale in Boring, OR, USA
Posted Breed: Miniature Poodle. Rupert is a sweet, goofy and happy boy. He has a wonderful temperament and a nice off-switch. He loves to lay on your lap, is great with kids and other dogs, and has a nice toy drive as well. He would make a wonderful service dog, fantastic family member as he loves his parents & kids. He can sleep through the night in the crate. He has been well socialized and does good in the car. He would be wonderful for someone wanting a pup that has matured through some of the tougher baby stages of a puppy. Rupert is fully vaccinated and current on deworming. He is available on a neuter agreement only (no breeding). Please feel free to message us for more information about our little guy! Both his parents are Mini/Moyen sized AKC poodles with full genetic & OFA health testing to make sure he will have a healthy long life. We would be happy to send results on.

A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
