Posted Breed: . Final photo is mom and dad. Mom is the smaller Pomsky. Both parents were purchased as certified Pomsky puppies from puppyspot.com. Both parents were bred from one purebred Pomeranian, and one purebred Siberian Husky. Papers are available for mom and dad upon request. Mom weighs 16lbs and dad weighs around 52lbs. As adults these puppies should average between 25 and 45lbs. Puppies have been well cared for by myself and their mom. I have been home majority of the time to ensure the puppies' safety and well-being. Dad has had excellent behavior since he was small. I constantly got and still get compliments on how quiet and well behaved he is. He was almost completely easy to train. He's very intelligent. Mom shows similar traits of good behavior and intelligence. She's not prone to barking or misbehaving. She's younger and shows signs of willingness to learn and be trained. Neither of them were destructive of furniture or shoes. They also always had toys to chew on. Siggard, as all the other puppies, has shown all signs of good health and adequate nutrition. He seems as healthy and strong as the other puppies. I am open to shipping the puppy, but that will be at the cost of the buyer. If you're local within the state of Texas or from OK, LA, or NM I'm open to meeting halfway, and meeting at a gas station where you can pay to refill my tank of gas. I will leave Killeen with a full tank of gas. Same as paying for shipping, but I'm putting the wear and tear on my vehicle to meet you halfway. All sales are final. Should a puppy die for an unknown reason I am open to a partial refund as long as a vet inspects the puppy and can determine that the puppy died for an unknown reason unrelated to neglect, ingesting a foreign object or material, or other bodily injuries. I will not cover the vet fee to inspect a deceased puppy. I'll accept cash, cashier's checks/ money orders, PayPal, Zelle or Venmo. I will not entertain any other method of payment. I'm pretty easy to work with, and I'll work with you as best I can to ensure a good experience for you and your puppy. I'll also be available to you for training tips and recommendations. I genuinely love this breed and fell in love with my first Pomsky which is why I decided to breed them and share with others how amazing and fun they are. I look forward to meeting you and getting your puppy to their new forever home.

In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
