Phu Quoc (Vietnam Island) Ridgeback Puppy For Sale in SCHENECTADY, NY, USA
This is a very rare and unique breed in the USA. There are currently only a handful of Phu Quoc which is also known as Vietnamese Ridgeback dog. Very similar traits, height and weight to the Thai Ridgeback breed. I imported the parents directly from Viet Nam, which took time to get all of the necessary paperwork and permits. This is a wonderful breed and they are loving and loyal dogs. Great Family members and can be good watch dogs. I have both a male and a female puppy available.

Overview:
Phu Quoc Ridgebacks are agile type of dog and they have fantastic coordination from a very young age. This breed loves to play and be challenged – Phu Quoc Ridgebacks can run faster than just about any other type of dog and when they’re off the leash, and at full speed, some owners find they hop gracefully like a deer. There is also a natural tendency towards swimming (perhaps as a result of its island heritage) and the Phu Quoc Ridgeback has webbed feet that make it very efficient in the water. Phu Quoc Ridgebacks are extremely intelligent dogs and quickly pick-up training instruction. Phu Quoc Ridgebacks are extremely affectionate and loyal to its owners and small children.
