Posted Breed: Plott Hound (short coat). Stunning hound girl with a silly soul Updated from her 1 year stay that failed. We need a foster for our lovely girl Hera. She was adopted almost a year ago and is coming back because she's not getting along with the other dog. She is a 4 year old plott hound who attaches deeply to her people and is super sweet once you've earned her trust. She lived with 2, 4 year old boys and did fine. She needs some patience while she gets comfy, but she's stunning and super loving. We are looking for either a single dog, no cat home, or an experienced home with a male dog that is easygoing. Hera came to rescue scared and very pregnant. Her owner had issues containing her pups, and Hera came to us when it became too much. Hera has a sweet personality, was a great mom, LOVES to play, and really likes kids. She will need basic training and tons of exercise, in a hound experienced home. She should go to a home with another medium to large sized playful dog, and would love to be adopted with her catahoula foster sibling Daisy! They have bonded a great deal and Daisy makes her feel secure. A securely fenced large yard is required., this is non negotiable.
