We pulled from there. Foster location: Dreamweaver Farms, Pacolet SC Special Needs? Clark is neutered, up to date on vaccines and heartworm negative. Weight: 28 lbs Height: 21 in at the shoulder estimated Spayed/Neutered: Yes Adoption Fee: $599 Fence needed? Yes, Clark requires a physically fenced yard with fencing 4 feet or taller. What kind of home would be best for me? We do not know Clark's origins but they created a very loving guy who will do well in just about any situation. He will still need a kind, caring, individual with an abundance of patience who can teach him cues and how to walk on a leash. Like any dog, he'd love a stay-at-home adopter to be with him all day. However, he'd do well in a home that could drop him off at doggie day care. Clark has been tested with cats and small dogs and was curious about both, but showed no issues toward them in a meet and greet environment. This boy is young and the young need a lot of exercise. An active family would provide him the perfect new home. That's why a home with older kids, 10 and up, or with another dog between two and four years old would be ideal. He'd love to play and roughhouse with them. We are certain they'd all be best buds in no time. He'll play all day long. Really, we believe Clark would do well in just about any setting. He's super adaptable - he just wants to play and be happy which in turn should make you happy. What is my personality like? Clark lives to play. Although he is just over two years old, Clark is 100% puppy when it comes to play and being loved on. The only thing Clark enjoys more than playtime is together time. He'll stay by your side for as long as you want to love on him. Those are his two favorite things, playing and loving. He will play all day long and he'll cuddle all day long. You can't ask for more than that. Clark is just a lovable guy whose smile will light up your life, although those experiencing it for the first time might mistake it for a snarl. Don't worry, it's not. Clark does well with other dogs and with cats. How do I act when I first meet new people? Clark has never met a stranger and probably never will. You can expect Clark to come up to you and demand that you play with him even when first meeting him. Clark is an amazing dog with a great personality that will win you over. You need to come and see Clark for yourself. Other tips and tidbits: Clark was found as a stray so we have absolutely no history on him. Our vet estimates Clark's birthday to be on or about 1/17/2022. House trained? Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule if a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule. Please note - we do not ship dogs.
