Dog Breed: Anatolian Shepherd / Mixed (medium coat). Rover is appx 1-2 yrs old, and 90 lbs. He is a big boy, and loves to explore, so a secure fenced yard is a must for this boy! Rover loves going for walks, and does pretty good on leash. He is using a doggy door, and he enjoys laying out in the sun, soaking up the warmth. Rover loves to play fetch! He will bring the toy or ball back to you, play with it for a bit, then drop it and step back for you to throw it again. He is also quite a ball player, give him a basket ball or soccer ball and he is ready to roll. He loves playing with big balls that roll around so he can chase them. He loves it when you kick the ball so he can give chase! Rover has met other dogs, he is not a candidate for a home with another male dog and though he does do well with female dogs, he prefers to be the only dog in the home, so he can have the attention for himself, or a large female who enjoys playing.
