Posted Breed: Husky / German Shepherd Dog / Mixed. DISCLOSURE: The adoptable pets in our program are still in the care and custody of owners who wish to re-home their pet. Owners have enlisted Rescue Well to provide marketing and screening of applicants as a service, free of charge. All fees and adoption conditions are determined by the owner. We advise that adopters do not send payment or deposits for pets prior to adopting. ***** Titi is 1yr/2mos old, of unknown weight, is intact, his vaccination status is unknown (he went to the vet last year and guardian is unsure if he received a 1yr rabies vaccine or a 3yr rabies vaccine), and is not microchipped. Titi knows 'sit', 'up', 'circle' and sometimes knows 'paw'; depending upon famiy schedules his time at home alone varies; he's kept in a room during the day in the home; he sleeps in his guardian's room at night; his car ride experiences differ between liking it and disliking it. Titi's guardian explains why she has made the difficult decision to rehome him: "Having a lot of personal issues at home with my mom and I can’t keep him here no more we also have a baby who just bothers too much and when they’re together it turns into a lot." Titi's guardian offers a brief a medical history: "He got hit by a car 09-08-2023 I have the papers when he went to pet ER but he’s good now just pain and swelling when it happened." "He’s good he just lays around but if your child touches him a lot he might get annoyed and maybe put his mouth in their leg or arm but doesn’t bite." "He barks at any dog he sees but I think it’s because he’s not used to it he used to see his siblings but it’s been a while and when he did they were always fighting." Titi's guardian states the following regarding cats: Since Titi hasn't lived with nor otherwise been around cats, his guardian doesn't recommend his living with cats.
