He’s energetic, affectionate, and full of love — once he trusts you. Like many small dogs, Archie is a bit wary of strangers and needs time to warm up, but when he does, he bonds deeply and becomes an incredibly loyal companion. He’s house trained, kennel trained, walks well on leash, and loves his daily outings. While he’s generally good with other dogs, he prefers canine friends who respect his space — no nosey pups in his face, please. A proper introduction is a must. Archie would do best in a home without cats or children and thrives in a calm, predictable environment. Archie is not a fan of car rides and is happiest just hanging out at home with his person. He’s the perfect match for a quiet household with one or two adults who understand and respect his need for space when new people visit. He may need to be kenneled during guest visits, and he’s okay with that!
