Description
Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mixed. Grant is a chill, easy to love boy content to go with the flow. He is around 3 years old and a black Lab. Grant had hip surgery several months ago and has recovered in a loving foster home. He has learned how to walk again and loves to go for walks and enjoys running around in the backyard in short zooming bursts. He is gentle and walks easy on leash. Grant is a dog that loves everyone, big and small, including kids. He is an all star cuddler. Grant is a very mellow boy that loves to snuggle on the couch and sunbathe in the backyard. He is housetrained in his current foster home. He adores his people and would love to be your 65 lb lap dog. Grant is indifferent to other dogs and doesn't care to play with them much. He would be great as the only dog in the home or would be fine with another dog in the home as long as the other dog doesn't expect an energetic playmate. He is an easy boy at home, crate trained and does well when left home alone with access to the backyard for up to 4 hours as long as you reward him with plenty of snuggles when you get home. He is a mellow boy content to snooze in the sun while you are gone and is happy to see you when you return.
