Shy at first, he takes his time getting to know new people and environments, but once he feels safe his loyalty and affection begin to shine through. Leo prefers peaceful surroundings and would thrive in a calm, patient home where he can build trust at his own pace. Leo is happiest snuggled up near you or walking quietly by your side. Sudden noises or busy settings can be overwhelming for him, so a gentle routine and a reassuring presence are just what he needs. He may be timid but his love runs deep and once you earn his trust, he will be your devoted companion for life. Leo is not a fan of being alone and is seeking a family who has a companion dog to help show him the ropes and keep him company when his humans are away. He is going to need a kind hearted family who understands that love sometimes takes a little time to grow but is all the more rewarding when it does. Leo is from a local reservation.
