KHLOE TX - CHIHUAHUA / MIXED (SHORT COAT) DOG FOR ADOPTION

Description

Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Mixed (short coat). Khloe (and her sister Babs) lived with the same owner for all of her 12 years. Their world was turned upside down when their owner had a stroke and could no longer care for her dogs. And as is the case way too often, no one in the family was in a position to take the girls into their home. So Khloe and Babs were on the hunt for a new life and being the heroes that they are, Northstar stepped up for both girls. Khloe is 12 years old with no known health issues at this time and she weighs about 10 lbs. Her Texas foster will be getting to know her over the next few weeks so we will provide more info as we get it. The girls spent the last 2 years never leaving the house so foster mom has been working on making Khloe feel comfortable when she goes outdoors. We will also take her to our vet to make sure she is as healthy as she seems.
