He is not doing well in the shelter environment, unfortunately. Shelters are noisy and scary and poor Doc is terrified and has completely shut down. Doc would love to be in a more quiet setting without all of the barking and the concrete floors. Doc will do best with an experienced dog person who is patient and understanding.
