Dog Breed: Chow Chow (long coat). Joey Joey is a handsome young black, rough coat neutered male approximately 2 years old. He is on medical hold until his entropion surgery is complete and eye ulcer healed. Currently he is enjoying life in his foster home with another male chow chow.
