Description
Dog Breed: Schnauzer / Dachshund / Mixed. Ben is a calm, easy-going sweetheart with just the right touch of playful energy. He loves spending time outside—whether he’s exploring the yard, rolling in the grass, or sniffing it. Walks are a favorite activity too, although he may take a little break now and then to relax in the shade and survey the scene like a true backyard king. This lovable guy thrives on companionship. He’ll softly whimper if he can’t follow you and is happiest lounging by your side for a cuddle on the couch. During the day, he enjoys relaxing in an open crate or curled up in a cozy dog bed. Ben would do best in a home with another friendly dog around his size to play with and a human who’s home most of the day to keep him company. He’s a bit unsure around larger dogs and will let them know with a little growl if they get too close—but with the right match, he’s a loyal and loving companion just waiting for his forever family.
