Description
Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Pug / Mixed. Meet Bonfire! This cream-colored cutie from the Summer pups is as adorable as they come even his ears can't decide whether to be up or down yet! Bonfire is a Chihuahua and Pug mix who will stay on the smaller side, but he's got a big personality packed into his tiny frame. While he can be a bit shy at first, he warms up if you give him the chance and then his curious and playful side comes out. He's great with other dogs and has done really well with the cats he is currently fostered with. He is working hard on housetraining in his foster home and he's quickly mastering his leash skills. After playtime, he's quick to settle in for a snuggle, making him the perfect mix of fun and affection. With his sweet nature and irresistible charm, Bonfire is sure to light up his forever home. Bonfire is looking for a family that understands the time, patience, and energy needed to raise a young pup. We require all puppy adopters to provide training that includes: house training, basic training, leash training, and socialization. Additionally, this cutie is going to need proper exercise, mental stimulation, and your attention and love to grow up to be the best companion. We do not allow our dogs or puppies to sleep or live outside; they must be incorporated into your family and be made a priority in your life. In return, you will have the most loving and loyal family member you could ask for. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Bonfire then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! We recommend completing the questionnaire and connecting with an adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps. Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at .labsandmore. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog.
