Fawn and her two siblings, Maple and Clover, were dumped on a woman's property when they were just weeks old. She fed them and provided a dog house for shelter, however, they lived outside with no Veterinary care for the first 6-months of their lives. Fawn came to us covered in fleas, ticks and was in dire need of some socialization and human contact. Country Acres Rescue gave all three babies their first baths, treated them for parasites and they are currently in treatment for Demodex, a superficial skin condition caused by mites. Fawn is learning to walk on a leash and play like a puppy. Fawn is super resilient, trusting and so loving as she becomes more and more confident with each day.
