Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Sj (A138104) is a 9-month-old lab mix who weighed over 50 lbs at intake! 08/02/25 This sweet young ladies are SJ and Hope! These sisters were brought to the shelter due to no fault of their own. They have previously been to the shelter as strays when they were babies, but now they are back and looking for their new forever homes. SJ (short for Sunshine Joy) and Hope have not had much experience in the world. They are very sweet and affectionate when they are comfortable, but they can be scared and bark a lot at first meeting. They are each looking for a patient home that will make them feel safe and give them a chance to open up! We do not know their history with other animals or children, so please use caution when making introductions. We also do not know their level of training. They may need some help and reminders with potty training and kennel training. If you are interested in meeting either SJ or Hope, please give us a call!
