JACQUIE - BORDER COLLIE / MIXED (MEDIUM COAT) DOG FOR ADOPTION

Description

Dog Breed: Border Collie / Mixed (medium coat). Border Collie mix puppy, female Jacquie is a 7 week old Border Collie mix. She was found along with her mom Josie running around the orchards of Bakersfield, looking for food where there is none. They were fortunate to come to the attention of some individuals with connections to rescues, and now both mom and pup have found their way here. Jacquie was a case, ticks, in every orifice, every one. She’s gotten a complete cleaning and is now on flea/tick medication so that ordeal is over. She has a thin coat and is malnourished right now, but we’ll get that taken care of. She is housebroken (!), so at some point was someone’s pet.
