Dog Breed: French Bulldog. Meet Max! This sweet little guy is just 1 year old and weighs 22.6 pounds. Max was being sold online for $100 when we stepped in—he was covered in fleas, losing his hair, and clearly had been neglected. Despite everything he’s been through, Max is full of love and ready to start a new chapter. He’s got the most endearing floppy ear, likely the result of an old injury, but it only adds to his charm. Max is gentle, affectionate, and eager to please. Whether he’s soaking up attention or just sitting quietly by your side, he’s happiest when he’s with his people. Because Max is a French Bulldog, breed experience is required. Frenchies can come with their share of health, behavioral, and training needs, and we want to make sure Max ends up in a home that understands how to support him long-term. Max is looking for a home where he’ll finally be treated like family. This dog is up to date on vaccinations and is spayed or neutered. (Please note: Puppies under 3 months old may not be sterilized prior to adoption. If this is the case, your adoption coordinator will provide guidance on the process.)
