Make your way down to the rescue and meet one of the volunteers’ favorite pups! Meet Hot Dog! This spunky, playful guy is full of personality and always ready for a good time! Whether he's zooming around the play yard or hamming it up for attention, Hot Dog knows how to make people smile. Hot Dog is a pit bull terrier mix who came to us as a stray, so his age is a bit of a mystery — but what we do know is he weighs in at a solid 67 pounds of pure fun. Despite his beefy build, he's got a soft heart and does well with other dogs. He’s also believed to be potty trained, he does his best to keep his kennel clean. Looking for a goofy, energetic companion with a big personality? Hot Dog might just be your perfect match! All of our dogs are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped and spayed or neutered.
