Description

Dog Breed: Mastiff / Redbone Coonhound / Mixed (short coat). This puppy is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $250 if picked up in TN, $325 plus transport fee for out-of-state adoptions. Meet Magnolia, an 11-month-old Hound/Mastiff mix who is as sweet as she is stunning. Weighing 53 pounds currently, Magnolia is still growing, young and playful, but she has a calmness that makes her a wonderful companion. She loves to run and play outside but is just as happy curling up on a dog bed or laying at your feet indoors. Magnolia greets every day with a big, happy smile and has a way of making those around her feel loved. She’s friendly with people and dogs alike, enjoying both playtime in the yard and quiet moments with her person. While she’s playful, her heart truly belongs to her human—she adores affection and always wants to be near you. She’s been wonderful with the dogs in her foster home, showing respect to the older pups while happily joining in games of chase with the younger ones. This smart girl already knows “sit,” “no,” and “off,” and she quickly learned to use the dog door. She’s housetrained, sleeps soundly through the night, and has shown no destructive behaviors beyond normal young-dog curiosity. She does not love being crated but has become crate-trained as well. Magnolia would thrive in a home with a tall fenced yard where she can stretch her legs and soak up the sunshine. She’d love the company of another friendly dog but would be just as happy focusing her loyalty on her person. Because of her size, she’d do best in a home with children over six. With a little more training, Magnolia is the kind of dog who could go anywhere with you—a sweet, loyal, and loving companion ready to brighten every day. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) aarf-tn/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption.
