Dog Breed: French Bulldog (short coat). Meet Stella! A few weeks ago, we welcomed this adorable little meatball into the rescue — and she’s already stealing hearts (and maybe a few snacks ). Some of you might remember her mom Tinsel, who came to us last year after a breeder gave up on treating her skin condition. Now it's Stella's turn to find her happily-ever-after! At just 1 year old, Stella is full of sass, spunk, and typical Frenchie flair. She’s a total goofball and so much fun to be around. Stella is currently on a weight loss program as she arrived morbidly obese and is doing great — she's already shed about 3 pounds! That said, our girl has opinions. Stella takes her kennel-guarding duties seriously and can be a bit of a jerk on leash when other animals are around. But don't worry — karma already caught up with her... she got her butt handed to her by a Yorkie. So, she’s learning humility. Ideal Home: Stella could thrive as your one-and-only, or with another tolerant dog who won’t mind her diva moments. She just needs a home that understands Frenchie quirks and loves her for the confident little character she is.
