Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Miniature Pinscher / Mixed (short coat). Meet Our Sweet Senior Duo - Peter and Piper Available for Foster-to-Adopt! These two adorable Chihuahua/Min Pin mixes recently came into Somerset Regional Animal Shelter after being abandoned in an apartment. They are a bonded pair, which means they must stay together, and we wouldn't have it any other way - their love for each other is truly special. Both are friendly, gentle, and just a little confused about why they've ended up at the shelter. They're looking for a safe, loving home to spend their golden years. They’re about 10 years old; Peter is a brown and white male and Piper is a black and white female. We are offering them as a foster-to-adopt pair to help make their transition easier.
