He is a fun-loving, medium energy pup who enjoys basking in the attention of his humans. Tanker is looking for a home that is ready to shower him with affection. He is a social pup who does well with other dogs of all ages and sizes and has been doing really well in a multi-dog household. Tanker would also do fine as an only dog and would love to soak up all the attention. He has interacted with kids of all ages and seems to know when to be gentle and when to lick their fingers in hopes of finding leftover crumbs. He is a big boy, so families should exercise caution when around smaller children, but he has loved every tiny human he has come into contact with. Tanker is fully crate trained and fully house trained. He is crated occasionally during the day and overnight without any issues. He walks well on leash and would benefit from a strong, confident handler who can give him a little bit of extra guidance. His foster recently started using a transitional lead and has seen great improvement on walks! Tanker recently got to join his fosters on an adventure to the beach! He went for super long walks and although he didn't love the sand betwixt his toes, he loved meeting all the new people!
