SPARKY - RAT TERRIER / PAPILLON / MIXED DOG FOR ADOPTION

Dog Breed: Rat Terrier / Papillon / Mixed. Hi! I'm Sparky! I'm a little guy with strong cuddle skills. I'm just 10 weeks old and 4.5 lbs so expected to be a small breed. The shelter in West Virginia seems to think I'm a rat terrier mix, but I'm probably mixed with papillion and chihuahua (I came with my 17 lb mother and that looks close to her mix). I'm still so young that I haven't learned how to play fetch or go potty outside, but I know I will eventually. I sleep most of the day but will have a handful of 15 minutes of puppy energy all throughout the day (and night!) As I get older, I will need a home that can teach me all the things because I'm so young, I just haven't learned them yet! Please put your app in for me! I'm looking for a home to call my forever and can't wait to snuggle on the couch with you!
