Dog Breed: Papillon (medium coat). Tuta’s story began in the streets of Cairo, Egypt — where she was found chained, hungry, and without a drop of water. Despite such hardship, her gentle heart never gave up. Thanks to her rescuers, Tuta made the incredible journey all the way to Upstate New York, where she’s now safe, loved, and waiting for the next beautiful chapter of her life — a forever home. Tuta is an absolute sweetheart — affectionate, kind, and wonderful with cats, dogs, and kids. She walks nicely on a leash and loves being close to people. She just needs a little help finishing her house training, but her eagerness to please and her loving nature make her a joy to be around.
