He was rescued from a huge puppy mill bust in TN with over 100 dogs on the property. Ralph takes time to warm up and overall very headshy initially. We are working on leash manners, crate training and potty training at this time. *************************************************** The adoption fee is $400, which covers vetting, microchip and the spay/neuter surgery performed by a rescue-affiliated vet.
