SCARLET - RAT TERRIER / PAPILLON / MIXED DOG FOR ADOPTION

Dog Breed: Rat Terrier / Papillon / Mixed. Hi! I'm Scarlet! I'm a little girl with strong cuddle skills. I'm just 10 weeks old and 4.5 lbs and came to Paws Across Pittsburgh with my brother, Sparky, and my mother, Snuggle. The shelter in West Virginia seems to think I'm a rat terrier mix, but I'm probably mixed with papillion and chihuahua (that looks close to my mother's mix). I'm still so young that I haven't learned how to play fetch or go potty outside, but I know I will eventually. I sleep most of the day but will have a handful of 15 minutes of puppy energy all throughout the day (and night!) As I get older, I will need a home that can teach me all the things because I'm so young, I just haven't learned them yet! Please put your app in for me! I'm looking for a home to call my forever and can't wait to snuggle on the couch with you!
