Dog Breed: Staffordshire Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Online Adoption Application › Meet Penelope! This sweet girl was found running in and out of traffic in Winston Salem. A good samaritan was able to lure her to her using some treats and love to get her out of harms way. Penelope did not have a collar or a microchip, and unfortunately no one came forward to claim her. Penelope is full of love and will let you know as she wags her tail using her entire body. She even gave her foster mom kisses during her first bath. She has met many dogs, small and large, and has loved them all. Penelope doesn’t even bat an eye at the house kitty! Penelope has some energy, so a playmate or a fenced in yard is recommended. She will finish her vetting this week, so stay tuned for more information on Penelope!
