Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Boxer / Mixed (short coat). MEET LOLA #13!!! Princess Lola is a sweet girl who has had a rough start. She was rescued from the streets and has been learning how to truly be a dog. She is very shy and skittish when she doesn't know you. However, once she learns to trust you, you can see just how sweet she really is. She needs and deserves some patience. Lola is weary of physical touch, but once she starts being helped or petted, she just melts into you. She gives gentle kisses and doesn't mind having a cuddle session. Her kennel is her safe space, but she also love bolting around the yard. Lola has been working on potty training, and she has made gains in this area. She does well on puppy pads which should make training much easier. She is not a fan of leashes and will need patience when training. She isn't a picky eater and makes the cutest little squeaks of joy while she eats. She loves to play with other dogs and gets so excited that all she does is wiggle and jump around.
