Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: 550. Meet Buffy – the pint-sized pup with a big heart and even bigger personality! Buffy is a Chihuahua mix born around 9/4/25. This little lady is blossoming into a playful, curious, and snuggly companion. She’s an absolute joy to have around, always ready for adventure or a cuddle session. Buffy is currently sharing a puppy pen with her brother in her foster home. Potty training is still a work in progress, so her forever family will need to continue helping her with consistency and patience. Because she’s still very young, she’ll need regular potty trips—usually every couple of hours- to help prevent accidents inside. This little explorer loves to use her mouth to discover the world, so be sure to provide her with plenty of toys and chews to redirect her. She's also very small, which means she needs to be in a safe, puppy-proofed environment to avoid any accidents or getting stuck in tight spots. She’s a sweet girl, but she’ll need to be monitored closely when around children to keep everyone safe. Homes with children 8 and up are preferred Buffy hasn’t been tested with cats so introductions with resident felines will need to be slow and supervised. Buffy is looking for a patient, loving family ready to help her grow into the best dog she can be. Could that be you? The adoption fee of $550 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family.
