Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: 550. Benji is a charming little guy with the sweetest disposition you could hope for. Benji is a Chihuahua mix born around 9/4/25. He loves nothing more than snuggling up and melting into your arms for a cuddle. When he's not soaking up love, he’s happily entertaining himself with toys, wrestling with his sister, or chewing on a Nylabone. Benji is currently sharing a puppy pen with his sister in his foster home. Potty training is still a work in progress, so his forever family will need to continue helping him with consistency and patience. Because he’s still very young, he’ll need regular potty trips—usually every couple of hours- to help prevent accidents inside. Benji hasn’t been tested with cats so introductions with resident felines will need to be slow and supervised. This little explorer loves to use his mouth to discover the world, so be sure to provide him with plenty of toys and chews to redirect him. He's also very small, which means he needs to be in a safe, puppy-proofed environment to avoid any accidents or getting stuck in tight spots. He’s a sweet boy, but he’ll need to be monitored closely when around children to keep everyone safe. The adoption fee of $550 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family.
