Social and sweet, Atticus loves meeting new people, bounding over with enthusiastic tail wags. He enjoys bursts of energy and a good romp, then quickly settles and is calm afterward. Atticus plays beautifully with medium and large dogs alike. He is good with dog-savvy kids, though his size and being full of love and enthusiasm, might be a bit much for the tiniest toddlers. He has been introduced to three cats and walked away after a sniff, so should be fine with a feline sibling. Fully crate and house trained, Atticus walks well on a leash, though he is still getting used to it with limited experience. His affectionate and laid-back demeanor makes him a perfect companion!
