She's an agile, playful pup who loves to show off her athletic moves during playtime. Kyra is a typical medium-energy puppy who plays hard with her foster siblings, then snuggles like a champ with another dog or human when her puppy energy wears out. She's looking for a home ready for all things puppy and excited to continue her training with patience and structure. Kyra gets along wonderfully with other dogs and loves playing with her foster siblings, so she'd likely do fine with or without a canine sibling in the home. Her playful, gentle nature suggests she may do well with a dog-savvy cat, though she hasn't been tested with felines yet. Kyra visited a local kids' program and interacted well with children in grades K-5. She would do best with dog-savvy children who can give her space and time to get to know them. Kyra is a smart girl and a quick study! She has already mastered "Kennel" and "Sit" and is eager to learn more. She is fully crate trained and sleeps through the night in her crate without any issues. As a typical pup, Kyra is working on mastering potty training and will continue to improve with a regular schedule and routine. She is learning her leash manners and improving quickly with practice. Kyra loves all toys, especially ones she can chew, squeak, and toss around and would benefit from structure and boundaries as she adjusts to her new environment, especially around high-value treats as she learns to share.
