Truman is a fun-loving, affectionate boy who knows how to balance playtime and cuddle time perfectly. He loves going on walks, running around outside, and would be thrilled to have a fenced-in yard where he can stretch his legs and play. Toys are one of Truman’s greatest joys, but cuddling is at the very top of his favorites list. Despite his size, Truman is a true large lap dog who loves nothing more than curling up with his people during TV time and at bedtime. Sweet, playful, and full of love, Truman is an amazing boy who’s ready to find his forever family — one that will love him just as deeply as he loves them. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds.
