Once Darla feels safe, she blossoms into a devoted cuddle bug who loves nothing more than curling up in a soft blanket and staying close to her person — truly a perfect lap companion. Darla is crate trained and housebroken, and her quiet, easygoing nature makes her a wonderful fit for a peaceful household. While she can coexist with other calm, respectful dogs, she would likely be happiest as the only dog, where she can soak up all the love and attention. This naturally mellow girl enjoys short, leisurely walks and walks nicely on a leash, but she’s just as content relaxing by your side at home. With her sweet temperament, gentle manners, and loving heart, Darla would be a beautiful addition to a patient, caring home that appreciates a calm and affectionate companion.
