Description
Dog Breed: Husky / German Shepherd Dog / Mixed (medium coat). Do you like beautiful brindle coats and stunning eyes? Meet Theodore! Th e o was previously adopted in June 2025 however due to his family moving, he was returned the beginning of F ebruary 2026. Theodore was the 'smallest' of the 3 chipmunk brothers, but not anymore. He is a happy, active playful boy who loves affection (but needs to lose a few pounds). He loves to lean into you, so would be better with older kids he wont knock down. He is housetrained, crate trained, neutered. Due to his size and playstyle, he would do best in a home with a dog his size and no cats

Breed overview
Overview:
The Gerberian Shepsky is a hybrid of the German Shepherd Dog and Siberian Husky, emerging in North America as a modern companion with working-dog roots. Typically medium to large, they feature an athletic build, erect ears, and a dense double coat, often with striking blue or heterochromatic eyes. Their temperament blends loyalty, intelligence, and independence, making them affectionate yet occasionally headstrong. With very high energy, they thrive on daily exercise and structured training, suiting active families more than apartment living without ample outdoor time. Early socialization supports good manners with children and other pets. Notable health considerations include potential hip dysplasia and eye issues; regular vet care, weight management, and coat grooming help maintain well-being. Their typical lifespan ranges around 10–13 years, rewarding committed owners with a loyal, adventurous companion.
