Dog Breed: Beagle / Mixed (short coat). This little girl is named Penny and she is one very lucky penny indeed to be coming to Eleventh Hour Rescue! She comes from a situation in a rural area which is overcrowded with dogs and where there isn&#39;t enough food for them to eat. She has lived with dozens of cats, too. The owner is willing to surrender Penny so that she may have a better life here in NJ. Penny is a shy girl but she is very sweet.
